Juan Willink is Co-Founder and CTO of Latech, a Shopify Plus agency focused on ecommerce and omnichannel commerce for DTC and B2B brands across Latin America and Miami. He leads the technology vision, architecting scalable solutions and ensuring every implementation is built to last.

With over a decade of experience in software development, Juan has worked across the full stack — from IT infrastructure and software engineering to leading technical teams. Before co-founding Latech, he held roles as a Software Developer at CME Offshore and worked as an independent consultant, building deep expertise in delivering robust digital products.

His approach combines technical depth with a clear focus on business outcomes. Juan oversees Latech's engineering practice, defining standards, evaluating new technologies, and ensuring that every Shopify Plus implementation — from custom integrations to complex omnichannel architectures — is built with the performance, reliability, and scalability that growing brands demand.
